First post

So the idea is to post pictures of what I eat and what I do for workouts, or at least parts. (obviously I won't be filming everything or taking pictures of every machine in my program. Just a picture to show progress, whether it be my body, or how much I've ran.) This is more for me than for you guys, but if you want to join me in this endevour, PM me and we can be food log blog buddies :)
